We consider our objective the production and distribution of high and middle class office chairs, with irreproachable quality, maximum security, which are adequate to the requirements of the people that work seated.
To the consumers we give the total solution through the help of retailers, which during the long term cooperation with our company, finds in it a strong and trusted partner in which they can have confidence.
The above mentioned commercial activity we fulfill, in a way that we serve and respect the corresponding interests of all the people included in the process - the final consumers, our personnel, customers, suppliers, owners, and our limited and wide team.
Our goal through our loyal work is to become the most successful company for office chairs on the market. In this way we can provide the basis and good and secure working place, better environment for our family and for ourselves. All this is attainable through satisfying our customer’s needs.
ORGANIZATION & COMUNITY
Our Company is organized on the basis of processes and objectives with clear and common rules taken in consideration constantly. For the achievement of the objectives, the team work has the most important role. Each one of our colleagues assumes the responsibility not only for his own department, but also for the quality for all the services and products which we deliver to the customers. This commitment guarantees the production of a real complementary value. We sustain that the regulated work in a friendly and easy-going climate as well as the clean and harmonized working place are conditions for the reaching of the excellent results. Our team is characterized with attention, respect, mutual concern and loyalty towards the company.

Our way of working is characterized with positive predisposition to the things and orientation to the efficiency - this day and this goal gives the unique possibility to create and to achieve our objective. Each one of us is motivated most of all by himself and on the other hand we bear this responsibility for mutual incentive towards our colleagues.
For the new challenges we try to find a solution with the real truth in our capabilities and with the positive attitude. We sustain that each question has its answer and solution, which with a little bit of goodwill, positive way of thinking and benignity, certainly could be found.
COMPANY MANAGEMENT & CULTURE
The method of management is determined from the sense of collaboration and from the priorities of the objectives and principles which we would like to achieve. Taking courageous and smart risks we are trying to make steps as pioneers. Our colleagues are being stimulated from us with remunerations, praises, constructive criticism, human kindness and with clear and equal indications.
We want to maintain company culture where each one of us can put freely to disposal his own talent, predisposition and own initiatives, so that in the same time helps his own and company’s development. We prefer an open and continuous communication with the customers as well as the colleagues in the different working teams and between the different teams. In our communication we are capable clearly to differentiate the facts from the opinions.
Our company is the „body”, the development is the „life”, while the information is the „oxygen” of indispensable and vital importance. The information gives life when is essential, reliable, corresponds to the facts (can be proved), precise, needed and deservedly sharp.
MANAGEMENT OF THE CONTROVERSIES
We think it’s natural that from the different points of view we can achieve the same objective in different ways. For the discussion of the different opinions we consider decisive the constructive criticism and controversies. In case of emerging disputes, we listen carefully the opinion of the other party, afterwards we offer ours. We try to find a solution, acceptable for both parties, which serve for the benefit of the team.
CORRECTIONS and IMPROVEMENT
Anyone who works could also make a mistake. We have to assume the responsibility for our mistakes, we have to help each other in the correction, we have to take advantages of them, in order to avoid their repetition.
To be able to cover the high standards and in the interest of the job done in the best possible way, we give the possibility for a systematic improvement. We support the personal initiatives and the self perfection.
ENVIRONMENT
The preservation of the environment is our possibility and in the same time our duty. During our activity we have to use only the minimum indispensable energy and natural resources and we have to pay attention that in our life-cycle, our working process and our products, to pollute in minimum possible way the environment.
